肌聯(lián)蛋白(英語,德語: Titin)在人體中是由肌聯(lián)蛋白基因(TTN)編碼的蛋白質(zhì)。[1][2]肌聯(lián)蛋白是一個(gè)巨大的蛋白質(zhì),為肌肉收縮的彈性元件。它由244個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)域以及之間的肽序列連接組成。[3]這些結(jié)構(gòu)域在蛋白拉伸時(shí)去折疊,而在張力去除后重新折疊。[4]
肌聯(lián)蛋白是已知最大的蛋白質(zhì)[5],同時(shí)肌聯(lián)蛋白基因也擁有已知的單基因中最多的外顯子(363個(gè))。[6]
肌聯(lián)蛋白對橫紋肌的收縮很重要,它橫跨肌節(jié)從Z線到M線的區(qū)域,同粗肌絲的裝配和位置固定有關(guān)。在這個(gè)基因的突變能引起肌肉疾病,例如肢帶型肌營養(yǎng)不良。[7]
